Beautiful! STUDIO in Ponta de Campina (NEW)!

Summer: Spending the holidays in a nice place, different from usual, usually near the sea.

Perfect option for a summer holiday at Ponta de Campina Beach. The apartment is a few meters from the delicious Paraibano warm water sea. A paradise for you to enjoy with your family or friends with all the necessary comfort.

Less than 300 meters from BAR LOVINA (@lovinatropical)

The apartment was very lovingly built by me with the help of two excellent architects. That is, everything has been carefully thought out for maximum comfort.

The bedroom has a very comfortable, air-conditioned QUEEN bed, blackout curtain and a large closet.

The bathroom with two entrances (one through the bedroom and another through the living room) has a very spacious shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a summer stay: fridge, cooktop stove, blender, plates and cutlery. Don't worry you have couscous.
In the living room you will have a comfortable and large sofa bed, another air conditioning and TV.

Of course there is WIFI, after all, at the end of the day you have to post on Instagram and make your friends jealous.

The condo has a LUXURY COVERAGE with a wonderful pool, electric barbecue, party room, gym and laundry.

There is 1 (one) parking space. If you come in 2 cars, you can park quietly in front and on the side of the building.
