Ideal for groups of friends and family. Also suitable for get togethers
The property has different blocks and can house three different groups that will stay in different places but can enjoy the common space. You can rent part of the property with value of 80 reais per person, 160 reais per room or the entire space for 1200 reais per day. Fits up to 22 people in the accommodation and there is the possibility of additional mattress. The following spaces are:
1. House 1 where are the bedrooms 1 (suite), 2 and 3 and the social bathroom 1
2. House 2 where is room 4 (suite), a large and pleasant living room and pantry with stove and sink and a toilet
3 Flat where is the bedroom 5 and two spaces, 1 with three beds and 1 with two beds. There is how to insert one more double bed
4 Balcony with a large kitchen and dining area. It overlooks the dam and during the water season (October to May) you can enjoy a delicious water spout.
