Just a few minutes from the French Quarter is this lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath home . Away from the noise and hustle bustle. In one of the safest zip codes in the US. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood. We are very lucky to have a few great neighborhood restaurants within just a couple of miles of this property. Private off street parking. This home is tastefully appointed so that you are very comfortable while you are here in New Orleans. This is 1/2 of a house. Both halves are completely private. No sharing of anything other than an outdoor covered patio. If the rear rental is available (634476) which is connected with an a joining hall door. The 2 rentals if rented together will accommodate 8 adults, and 2 children very comfortable.

Quiet neighborhood clean house perfect setup for the family came w my mom my two daughters and my granddaughter and we were all safe well situated and felt at home peacefully. Will definitely be staying again in the future

Great house and Owner

We were very very pleased with the location, home, and owner. Loved staying here and would book it again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe place to stay in the New Orleans area. Definitely 5 star here!!

We all loved this place. The photos don’t do justice to how great this is! It’s a great location. Definitely will be going back to this Verbo. Highly recommended. Nice quiet neighborhood host is easy to get a hold of.

Serene getaway

The property had enough room for five adult females and was quiet and peaceful, something we looked forward to. The pool was the highlight of our short trip. It provided some much needed relaxation and serenity.

Good Yard - lacking some details

The property was njce enough. The microwave did not work, the TP was as cheap as it gets, and there was no laundry detergent either.I would probably stay here again at the price point but would have liked to know about the above.

Easy quick location

We picked this location because it was near to downtown with a quick drive or Uber, but far enough to stay away from the mess of that area. Good food options near by and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room for entertaining. Good size kitchen. Plenty happy for the price.

Quiet and convenient

The location is a quiet neighborhood, but a 15-20 minute drive to downtown New Orleans. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and such. If I were to return to New Orleans I would hope to find this property available.

Nice place for a weekend fishing charter

We had a great weekend stay and enjoyed the house. It was perfect for what we needed. We cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed the outside patio. Beds were comfortable and the couches were cozy. Nice television to watch movies. Very close to the city and convenient to everything. Michael is a fantastic host and is responsive if he’s needed.

Property needs updating

Although the home is a nice home the appliances need updating. The dishwasher is old and door is rusted and therefore sounds like a freight train which wakes sleeping people. The coffee maker was very dirty. The house has been partitioned off to accommodate two rentals at the same time. This would be okay except the only thing separating the two units is a locked interior door. You can hear the other tenants and it sounds like they are in the house last, extra blankets should be supplied.

Location is okay. Understood near French Quarter but about 25 min away. Got there and we heard a dog barking in the house in a back room, door locked. Turns out that's another single room type rental separated by a regular room door. Lesson learned read the whole description, but pets allowed means you may have barking dogs (along with tv and voices and I'm sure they heard ours) inside the other room. Shared backyard. Bring your own Coffee!! Glad I asked because there was nothing but a few spices in the kitchen and utensils. There's a pot coffee maker which we didn't use since I knew to bring a small Kuerig and kcups, but if you're flying in you'll need to stop at a store.if you want a morning cup. Otherwise comfortable house. .

The property was well-maintained and exceptionally clean. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and straightforward. I had the opportunity to communicate with the owner via text, receiving prompt responses. It is noteworthy that there are no televisions in the bedrooms, necessitating the borrowing of devices from a family member. The outdoor spaces were spacious and well-kept, providing an enjoyable environment for my service dogs.
