Passamos o carnaval e foi ótimo! Localização tanto da praia quanto do shopping são próximos, além do apartamento ter um churrasqueira privativa que faz muita diferença, como choveu bastante nos dias que estivemos aí usamos muito!

Ótima opção para uma família de 4 pessoas

A localização é muito boa, o apartamento é totalmente equipado, e a estrutura do prédio também é muito boa, inclusive com Wifi. Comodidade no serviço de Praia e funcionários bem solícitos. A experiência no contato com o proprietário também foi muito boa. Os cômodos tem ventiladores de teto e em um deles ar condicionado. O apartamento é um duplex, com 2 quartos no andar superior mais uma sala de estar (onde tem o aparelho de ar condicionado). Tem uma varanda agradável no andar inferior. Como a semana que me hospedei foi de um calor infernal, e o apartamento recebe o sol da tarde, uma dica de melhoria para o proprietário seria instalar um aparelho de ar condicionado no andar inferior. Mas, no geral a experiência foi ótima e voltaria em uma próxima oportunidade.

Uma graça de apartamento, ótima localização bem pertinho dos guarda-sóis reservados para loft... tudo perfeitamente limpo e fácil de manter, bem perto do shopping de RIVIERA , fomos a pé com as crianças... condomínio bem tranquilo e funcionários muito atenciosos! Foi ótima nossa estadia, 💯% recomendado! Os anfitriões também nos deram todo suporte preciso... voltaremos em breve com certeza.
