This spacious condo has an open floor plan that ensures you and your guests never feel cramped. During those cold winter mornings, you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise from the living room. You'll find the wood fireplace (you must supply the wood) in the living room that you can enjoy during those snowy winter nights.

You will also find a balcony deck area complete with a gas BBQ, a full kitchen complete with plenty of counter space, and everything you might need to make a nice meal at home. You'll find a breakfast bar with seating for three for those times when you just need to grab a quick bite, and you'll find a cozy little dining table nearby with seating for two or four, depending on your needs.

On the first level are both bunk rooms; the smaller bunk area has a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the second bedroom has a bunch of full-over-full bunk beds and an attached full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. You'll find that either of these rooms is perfect for any young ones coming with you on this adventure. However, there is no reason that adults can't enjoy some nostalgia and use the bunk rooms too! In addition, this ensures that you can bring plenty of guests with beds for all, thus ensuring that nobody has to get left behind and your closest friends and family can enjoy the peace and rejuvenation of Winter Park. The laundry area is also located on the lower level, with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The Primary Suite can be found on the third level and has a comfy king-sized bed. You'll also find an attached full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower which is the perfect way to relax one's muscles after a long day of hiking or skiing. All in all, you are sure to find this lovely rental is perfect for a bit of time away from the hustle and bustle of the city and modern world and enjoy the peace of Winter Park.

The location and viewes were great but there were some issues with the unit. Smelly, dirty furniture and smelly bed linens. Broken or damaged furniture, light bulbs out, listing on website was not accurate, bad Wifi.

Nice option for a ski weekend

This place was a great solution for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids—efficient use of bed space and nice layout for sleeping. Great location, easy access and parking, nice views. There is not tabled eating space for the amount of people that the condo accommodates, but you can work around it, as long as you don’t mind not being seated together. They allow dogs, which was helpful for us, but might be an issue for someone with dog allergies because there is a lot of dog hair around. All in all, it was a great option for us.

Great location in Fraser (near Winter Park)!

This condo was just 10 minutes from the Winter Park resort so very convenient for Skiing / Snowboarding / Restaurants. It was very clean, open main floor with alot of light from the vaulted ceilings and had all the conveniences needed for travelers. A major plus is they allowed us to bring our 2 dogs so we did not have to leave them behind!
