Welcome to the Mountain Moose Condo in Fraser, Colorado, less than 5 minutes from Winter Park! Every detail in this newly renovated condo was selected to give the guest the best possible experience. There are a few HOA rules they are very strict about: Only 2 cars/condo No more than 6 people Absolutely no pets (owners only) No glass in pool area

If the condo has been smoked in (all kinds), a $500 fine will be applied. Keys need to be returned to the entry table or a $50 fee will be applied.

There is an on-site manager who reports violations. If rules are broken, renter is responsible for fees. There is an outdoor camera at the front door.

Girls Weekend out West

This was the perfect location for quick and easy access to Winterpark! Super clean, cozy, and easy to find. The host was also very communicative and helpful.

We thought that the property was a home, not a condo, so we were a bit surprised that it was close quarters. Also surprised that the pool was closed, thinking it was an indoor pool. A bit surprised that we were told to strip our beds and put all of the bedding and towels away from their initial location. Also told to take out the trash, etc. For the price we paid we expected better than having to be a part of the cleaning crew when we left. Would not go back there. The recliner couch was non-functional and the bathrooms couldn't have been much smaller. Also, no extra towels were available that we could find and the fireplace didn't give off much heat and was awkward to get going.

This would have been five stars except the lr blinds did not work nor did the recliners in living room. The dishwasher was jammed full with previous guests dishes…they had been cleaned but not put away. The location and quality of the condo was nice. We only spent 12 hrs there so cannot comment on others features of the area.

Family getaway

The condo was perfect for my sweet family, my kids have never been to Colorado and this was in the perfect part of Fraser. The host was awesome and I had to ship my husbands phone here due to it getting broken right before we left and the host had us ship it to her house and she delivered it to condo when it arrived! So very sweet and extra thing she didn’t have to do. Highly recommend
