Located on the lower level of a larger oceanfront property, HipNautic offers a private outdoor patio complete with Adirondack chairs and a soothing ocean-view hot tub - ideal for unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset or sipping your morning coffee as waves roll in.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing coastal escape. The inviting great room features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a TV/DVD, and a wall of windows framing spectacular ocean views. A small dining area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a gas range—perfect for preparing your favorite meals. With two comfortable ensuite bedrooms featuring queen beds, everyone can enjoy a peaceful retreat after a fun-filled day at the beach.
A private path leads you to the Bella Beach neighborhood beach access, where miles of sandy shoreline await just down the cliff-side stairs. Great Stay By The Beach

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed the views and location. Direct access to quiet beach was amazing. Love to sit out on the back porch and just watch the ocean. Pictures dont do the property justice!!Just want to note a few things I noticed with the house that may need some attention. -Toilet runs if handle is not just right (bathroom with washer in it)-The livingroom light is burnt out -The dryer kept stopping with a error code of E64,call service. -The wifi does not work in most of the home, works best outside or in the livingroom. This was okay with me but not my kids ;)

Weekend Getaway

The weather was cold and the waves were tumultuous, so the hot tub was a nice feature of this property. We enjoyed our walks on the beach and the sounds of the waves.

Great House

Don’t show up early, on a computer so you can’t get in even a minute early. They didn’t supply anything free like liquid dish soap. Their WiFi was horrible, my daughter in-law brought a hot spot with her which saved us to some extent. Other wise very nice house.

Great house

We had a great time staying in this home. The house was smaller than we had imagined, but it was perfect for us two couples. The view was breathtaking, along with the hot tub and fire pit which added to the ambiance. The home was close to Lincoln city as well as Newport and we enjoyed our visit very much.

Love the location. Condo, for the price, needs to have a corkscrew that works, better dishes, better pillows, better towels, a tv that works and a fire pit as advertised. We’ve been to Bella Beach many times & I was disappointed in this accommodation.

Beautiful location, great apartment. There are steps to access unit from the parking and also steep steps to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Property management team were very helpful in retrieving a left behind item.

Beautiful spot, but be prepared for no fire pit, no privacy, and no reliable internet.We enjoyed some aspects of our stay, but future guests should be aware of several issues.The listing states there is a fire pit, but this unit does not have one—a detail the management company should correct. Internet and cell service are extremely poor; Wi-Fi was nearly unusable, and streaming TV was unreliable. The router is located in the upstairs unit, meaning we had to depend on those guests to reset it, which is not a practical solution, and it never happened.There are no beach chairs provided (they must be rented separately), very few toys or games, and the kitchen is minimally stocked—only four plates, for example. The location is directly beside the community’s beach access, so there is constant foot traffic past the windows, deck, and hot tub, resulting in very little privacy.With these issues unresolved and customer service falling short, we would not choose to stay here again.

Great Location

I will start by saying this is a great location with incredible views., and the property did a great marketing job. I did notice that the pictures make the unit look much larger then it really is, but very cozy. My expectations were high due to cost and location, so there were a few things that that did not meet my expectations. Parking was horrible. Once entering the unit first thing was ants on the counters (its that time of year). then we realized we had no privacy at all, the walkway always had a crowd (which is right next to your hot tub) and was non stop traffic almost every night. I was disappointed with the Wi-fi rarely worked, the floor for upstairs very thin you can hear every step that is made. Hot tub needed work water in the bathtub was warmer then the hot tub. It was a beautiful place with incredible views however if your looking for peace and quiet to relax this is not the place.

Photos & description were deceiving.

The photos and description were very deceiving. I really thought we were getting a house to ourselves. Private hot tub & private beach access. Instead we had the kids next door walking across the deck, upstairs neighbors that stomped around, the beach access had people at it all day (not quiet or private) hot tub had zero privacy, coffee pot was broke, tv remote had tape on it, the bed is shot and has a hole you lay into, & the access stairs from the one parking spot has a very loose board. The ad also says 2,424 sqft, no way it’s that big. The cost to stay there for two nights was not even close to justifiable. Also getting charged double booking fees from VRBO and Meredith was not expected. Didn’t realize it was a double management company. Expensive lesson learned this weekend. On a positive note, the view was good.

Everything Broken

The location was unbelievable. The hot tub was awesome. However so many crucial things were broken. The clothes dryer didn’t work. Turns out in the Pacific Northwest, nothing air dries, not for days. And between the rain and ocean and hot tub, everything ended up wet. We needed a functioning dryer. When we called, I was put on hold and eventually told that the repair person would probably make it out that day, but no timeline. He arrived a few hours later and did not fix the dryer, which was giving a ERROR message on the screen. The keypad to enter the property didn’t work. When we called, we were given access to the physical master key, which also didn’t work. We called again and after a few hours the repair person came out and replaced the keypad and master. The thermostat was broken. Set to 61 degrees Fahrenheit. I had to throw all my weight into pressing the buttons but eventually got it clicked up to 70. We had to turn the heat off at night to sleep because it was so hot and we couldn’t lower it. Called about this but nobody responded.

False Advertising

Fire place didn’t work and hot tub was absolutely disgusting and unusable. Upon further investigation we found reviews where other renters came down with rashes after using the hot tub. If you’re looking for a property with a hot tub on the beach do yourself and your partner a favor and keep scrolling.
