This newly renovated 8th two-bedroom two-bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. A large sectional sofa provides a wonderful place to kick back and unwind. Watch TV or the dolphins swimming down the coastline from the comfort of your vacation rental! The well-equipped kitchen gives the option of cooking home cooked meals but there are many local restaurants within walking distance of this lovely home. The primary bedroom with queen bed has a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront balcony and a private bathroom for added convenience. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and 2 twin-sized rollaway beds located in the closet. Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
