Rent one unit for yourself and bring the extended family or friends to stay next door. Shared pool area. Our Seahorse Cottage boasts a canal view from the living room. King size bed in master bedroom. Queen bed in second bedroom. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and inside laundry room. Shared outdoor area with multiple seating areas. Gas grill available. Driveway parking available for guests. Quiet neighborhood. 4 miles to the beaches of Manasota Key and 13 miles to Boca Grande, tarpon fishing capital of the world. Enjoy taking in a baseball game at Charlotte Sports Park , 14 miles from our home. Charlotte Sports Park is the Spring Training center for the Tampa Bay Rays and the minor league Charlotte Stone Crabs. Numerous restaurants and golf courses in the immediate area. Water sports rentals available locally. Our boat dock comfortably accommodates two 22 ft boats. Electric and water available on the dock. We purchased this property because we love the area. We enjoy the beach and fishing and Stump Pass offers both. Englewood is still "Old Florida". Stump Pass Beach is a hidden gem!
