This exclusive house is excellently located on the shores of Bortolan Dam, in the beautiful city of Pocos de Caldas MG.
With funds for the Dam where guests can enjoy a beautiful landscape, clean water, barbecue, suite with hot tub, large kitchen, beautiful furniture, 5 car garage and the best: access to the Nautical Club Praia do Sol already included for up to 12 guests.
The club has 3 cold pools, 2 heated pools, tennis court, soccer field, saunas, playground, barbecue kiosks, gym and bar.
