Enjoy relaxing in this stunning 4 bedroom home with newer furniture, Tesla charger, and located close to the best of what L.A offers. The Primary retreat has a beautiful new bedroom set, smart TV, fireplace, desk, and an attached bathroom. The additional three bedrooms are also beautifully designed with new furniture and large beds. This is a very comfortable family home in a really wonderful neighborhood. I highly recommend this listing. Near Universal Studios and to Freeway access.

Great Place for the Whole Family

Family vacation to attend my nieces wedding! Very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. Every detail was thought of. We enjoyed the relaxing back patio for our morning coffee and cool nights!

Great Location

We were in LA to go to Disney, movie studio tours and city tours. The location was convenient to highways and getting to all of the places we needed to be in a decent amount of time (knowing how bad LA traffic is at times!) The house is just a couple blocks off the main strip in Sherman Oaks where there are a number of neighborhood (not chain) restaurants, drug stores and groceries. It made it very convenient. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house has been updated and done rather well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need with regards to plates, dishes, pots, etc. New appliances. TVs in all 4 bedrooms was nice - however a couple of the remotes were dead and we had to borrow them from room to room. The bathrooms were well supplied with nice towels and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The only criticism I would have is that the ensuite for the master was incredibly small. I think the master was a converted family room, so it may have been a powder room at one time and a shower installed. Communication with the owner was very good - she was very responsive. Instructions getting in the house were easy. I would rent this unit again if we would return to the LA area.
