Condo w/washer & dryer & free indoor parkng in San José, Costa Rica

Comfortable condo with private security, near downtown San José. With a spectacular view of Irazú Volcano.

Fully equipped for 6 people, with a kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed for 2, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. The complex includes a shopping center with restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a theater, shops, and more. It has a semi-Olympic pool, indoor and outdoor gym, games room, multipurpose court, roof BBQ, and playground for children.

Taxes (13% VAT) are added to the rate. You will receive a formal invoice, with a copy to the Treasury, describing the taxes. The amount of the invoice is what you already paid to VRBO.

Digital nomads

New Costa Rican law allows remote workers to stay with their families for up to two years with a valid visa. During that time, your driver's license is valid to use nationwide.
Currently, the Internet speed is 350 Mbps, but if you pay the monthly difference, it can be upgraded to 750 Mbps symmetrical service.

There are several Ethernet outlets in various places within the apartment.

Medical tourism

Costa Rica is world-famous for its high-quality medical services. Prices are 5 to 6 times less than in the USA for complicated operations such as eye surgery, knee or hip replacements, orthodontic and dental services, esthetic surgery, and even heart treatments.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

We flew in to San Jose and stayed one night at this property. It was a wonderful stay. The condominium is beautiful and comfortable. Miguel was very accomodating of our needs and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. Anyone staying here will be glad they chose to make this a temporary home in San Jose.

Extended weekend stay

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this property. I liked the fact that it was not touristy and got to see how the locals move about their daily lives. It was within walking distance of food options and shopping. I would stay here again if the need arose.

Would stay here again!

Loved the condo, it was a little hard for us to follow google to get there, but once we were there, it felt safe, very clean, and comfortable. The living room was beatiful, the beds were comfy, and the water tasted so good there! I'm uncomfortable drinking water just anywhere, but this was clear tasting.

Wonderful apartment with a gracious host

The apartment was warm comfortable and had everything we needed. We left an item in the apartment and Miguel was so kind to help us arrange a convenient arrangement for us to retrieve the item a week later when we returned. He also recommended a fun restaurant/brewpub. Overall a wonderful experience.

Modern and clean place with all you need

We stayed here in this very secured building for a night passing through San Jose. The apartment is very clean with all you need, including nice washer and dryer. The directions to the parking and to enter the building was very clear. We were able to find everything easily and access the building and apartment easily. The location is also very close to the major road so we were able to get in and out quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit! The apartment was very clean. We enjoyed having the windows open and possibly it may be helpful to have something to tie the blinds back to allow the breeze into the windows. A bath mat would be helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very good property

A nice unit in a modern complex with pools, parking and restaurants within easy walking distance. There was no air conditioning, but it really wasn't needed at night and there were fans. The area outside the complex isn't the best at night but there's no need to venture far out with restaurants so close to the unit

Nice view of San Jose and surroundings

We have stayed twice now at this property. It was very adequate and has secure parking. There is a nearby plaza with a good food court. It was very convenient when we were too tired to go out. The owner of this property is very nice. The only complaint we have is that the sofa is terribly uncomfortable. It desperately needs to be replaced.

Beautiful condo, very secure and well equipped with a washer and dryer that came in handy. Restaurants within walking distance. The condo would be even better if the bedrooms had air conditioning. It was cold enough with the windows open, but the noise from the road from trucks woke us up sometimes. Other than that, awesome place and awesome host!

This property is way over rated

The complete unit needs painting, a new stove, and both bathrooms need renovating. The bathrooms are in bad shape. Also, the dishes and utensils were inadequate. I'm sorry but our stay was not enjoyable.

Costa Rica apt

The 2 bedroom apartment was really nice and so were the grounds there. But, we were isolated from doing anything with out renting a car or using an uber. The people that live there told us not to go out at night in this neighborhood. We like to walk around and enjoy the sights and that was not possible. Also, the pool was fairly cold and there is no sun on the pool after 2pm. It did have a nice small market, Taco Bell KFC and food court. The owner was easy to get in touch with and answered or questions ASAP. He was very helpful.
