House has 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a dedicated office with a chair that converts to a twin bed. There is also a twin air mattress in the living room. Includes a large bathroom. Home is equipped with a brand new central cooler that not only keeps things nice and cool in the summer but provides a bit of added humidity to counteract Denvers dry climate. Huge kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Lots of outdoor lounging space. You will have exclusive access to the home and back patio for your stay.
You will have access to all amenities on the patio including a fire pit, large propane grill, and a comfortable shaded seating area with a table. Grill and fire pit use 20lbs propane tanks and there is an Ace hardware 4 blocks away that can provide propane exchange. There is dedicated electric vehicle charging available from the side of the house.
