About this property

This is a completely private suite with its own entrance and well lit walkway around to the courtyard & main entrance to the property. Guests have access if they choose to a pool area which is shared by us in the main house. Otherwise you can relax in your own outdoor lounge & dining area.

Your suite is a nice light & bright space with beautiful garden views out every window. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and washer/dryer. Washing liquid is provided as well as an iron and ironing board.

There is a large spacious bedroom with queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom & walk-in robe. There is a single trundle bed to use for a child. The bathroom has the essential toiletries provided as well as a hair dryer and GHD straightener.

The lounge has a fold out sofa to suit two people as well as a large flat screen TV with Apple TV, a DVD player and access to Netflix & Stan. NBN wifi is included and there is a printer with printing, scanning & photocopying facilities for you to use. There is a cupboard full of board games, cards & puzzles as well as books to read at your leisure.

This suite is a short walking distance to all conveniences, including the Marina, beach, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, and Basil's fine foods deli.

Lovely Location

Cosy unit with modern amenities in lovely area....particularly liked the little touches such as the welcoming bottle of champagne in the fridge when we arrived (especially arriving at 1 a.m. after our flight was cancelled and luggage lost).

Most accurate listing I’ve seen.

This place literally had everything you need for a stay plus more. It also looks exactly the same as the photos, not cat fished like a lot of listings. Definitely coming back here again.

Had everything you could need for staying a few days. Condiments, staples like bread, butter, cereal, milk, yoghurt, biscuits etc. All the kitchen utensils etc you could want. We went out, but everything there. Secluded from main house. Pool is in their back garden, but we never saw the owners. You can request privacy for pool use. Easy access, no keys, all electronic code access.

Originally from Sydney, I met my wife Anna while living and travelling over in the UK. We now live in the beautiful Mindarie in Western Australia, and enjoy Perth's sun, beaches and relaxed vibes. We have two little dogs, Alfie & Jem (Moodle & Yorkie) and I run my own house renovation company while Anna works as a Radiographer. Anna & I both love the outdoors & travel. Our usual weekend would start off at a farmers market followed by a nice long coastal walk and coffee down at the Mindarie Marina. We want our guests to feel very relaxed and comfortable in our property and will always be on hand if you have any questions or extra requirements.

Why they chose this property

We had never been to Mindarie before seeing this property but were instantly sold on the place when we took our first drive from the property down to the Marina. Seeing how close it was to the water and such a unique Marina as the Mindarie Marina we knew it was something pretty special. We purchased it in 2013 and since then have worked hard on renovating the place, and have transformed it from its original condition in to a high spec contemporary coastal retreat.

What makes this property unique

This property is its own private little oasis in Mindarie. It is set up so that you have your complete privacy from the main house - with a separate entrance gate, own walkway and a private outdoor living space. We will quite likely never cross paths unless you need us for any reason then we are more than happy to assist you. We have all the comforts in this suite to make you feel like you are in a home away from home with some added luxuries to make it a stay to remember.
