Great stay next to water

Everything about the cabin was as expected- clean and plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the porches overlooking the water.

Lack of Details

This was the third time we have rented "Riverbend Reserve". It was comfortable and cozy, with lots of room, nice fireplace, and a beautiful riverside setting. The new Blackstone grill was a pleasant surprise.However, the lack of detail was disappointing. Upon arrival, we saw that part of the guttering had fallen off the roof. Upon entering the premises, we noticed the screens were torn on two doors in the kitchen/living room areas. Also, the lack of clean towels provided for a week's stay was inadequate; only two towels/facecloths per bed. (You will need to bring own to supplement.)We also were concerned about the lack of smoke alarms in such a place.The upstair bathroom sink is STILL very slow in draining, leaving a daily mess in that sink. It has been that way every time we have rented.All in all, a pleasant stay, but one that sure could have been better with more attention to maintenance issues.

Early Spring visit

Nice house right on the river. Great kitchen with everything you need. Flat parking but very curvy hilly and narrow road to access, takes a long time to get to it once you enter the gate 15-20 minutes. It was quiet during our stay and worked for our family. Cleaning needs attention to detail though.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved this property. Everything was clean and updated. Check in and out was easy. Roads were not crazy. The view of the river is awesome! We had a great weekend getaway.
