This Unit is currently listed for sale so it is possible there may be a realtor showing during your stay but you will have at least a 24-hour notice. They are very quick showings and don't require you to be home :)

● Please keep keys and fob safe as they are costly to repair. There will be a $250 fine for lost keys
● No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee.
● No drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will results in a $250 fine.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
● ID's will be requested to register with the building
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
