Ranch get away 4400 sq ft Ranch House fully equipped 5 bedrooms 5.5 baths on 60 acres which sleeps 13 guest; there is Parking for a Big Rig if Race Team needs a place for entire Formula 1 race team, pedal a paddle boat around the one acre lake. For an additional rental fee Book a Wedding or Reunion or Corporate Gathering up to 200 guest have use of our 5,000 sq.ft old world party barn which has it’s own restrooms/ Grooms and Bridesmaid quarters along with a warming kitchen and Bar area.... Have guest bring RV or Campers and feel free to dry camp on the 60 acre Ranch or book next door with Red Barn RV Park which has full hookups. The Main House is great for family reunions and baby/wedding showers. With notice, a private chef can be hired by you as the renter. Lots of covered porches off 4 exit doors in main house to get out and enjoy the Texas Big Sky and Beautiful Sunsets!

Beyond my expectations!

We found this house about 2 years ago as a perfect close to home location to view the Total Eclipse on 040824. As time passed my husband and I decided to renew our wedding vows for our 20th anniversary. Our friends, daughter, and granddaughter stayed with us. The home is welcoming and warm but not overdone. Jack and Penny took great care to make sure we were comfortable. The home has comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, and tons of space to spread out onto the porch, gazebo, and a walk to feed the goats. Great tables to gather around and a living room with enough seating for conversation and fun. We got some kite flying in. Watched the cows parade. This is a 5+ star home and so were our hosts. We would love to visit again and would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a family gathering. Thank you so much.

Excellent Getaway close to Austin

We rented this home for the Thanksgiving holiday and comfortably had 18 people for dinner. The home and facilities were beautiful, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet except for the occasional moo from one of the cattle. Great communications from the owner and despite the fact that it rained every single day, the great wrap around porch allowed us to enjoy being outside without getting soaked. I will be booking this place again in the future!!

Wedding weekend

I rented Penny’s beautiful property for family to stay in during my wedding rehearsal and weekend! Everything was clean and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great views, porch, and spa to enjoy during our downtime! Everyone raved about how amazing the house was and had everything we needed. Penny was nothing short of amazing and a very attentive host! Will definitely be telling all my friends/family to book here again!

We are excited to share our Ranch with you and your family! Come and enjoy a stay on the Range and see what a Hobby Ranch is all about. We have been married 25 years and have Four Grown Children and 5 amazing grandchildren... We live onsite in a Barn-a-minium... We are licensed with Texas Department of Family Services due to our ownership in a Pflugerville Child Care Center, yes we get to love on 108 babies any time we want during the week; We are proud to call their families ours! We have an amazing Staff in Pflugerville that allows us to play on the Ranch while they are taking great care of our Children at Kinder Haus. Jack was born in San Angelo and I was born in Oklahoma and grew up in Highlands and attended Baytown Sterling High. Jack graduated from Regan HS in Austin and has owned an Electrical Contracting Business for the past 45 years and is getting to enjoy the Ranch a little more since his brother and nephew runs Bji along with his amazing staff that handles the day to day grind! We enjoy the back country road rides on our Spyder CanAm's during beautiful weather days!
