Excellent house on the beach. Spacious, comfortable and cozy residence. Have wonderful moments together with your friends and family! The house is a few meters from the sand, on the best beach on the coast of Paraná - Praia Mansa de Caiobá.
This charming, comfortable and historic residence is located facing the sea at Praia Mansa in Caiobá, which is approximately 1 h from the capital Curitiba.
Exclusive residence, with approximately 390 m2 of built area, 850 m2 of land and forest of native forest. 2 buildings on the ground: facing the sea is the house and at the back a large covered garage for two cars with bathroom, barbecue and games room. It is also possible to park 4 cars.
Large and airy two-story house, facing the sea and back to the Atlantic Forest with a balcony. Spacious social room integrated with the TV and dining room and with a large window facing the sea.
4 bedrooms, one suite and 2 full bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. Full kitchen, with all necessary appliances and dishes. It has washing machine and dishwasher.
Spa with all leisure and entertainment infrastructure close to the paradisiacal Ilha do Mel and the historic cities of Antonina and Morretes.
If you wish, there is the possibility of hiring a trusted cleaning lady or monthly fee.
