This is an Entire 3/2 Fully Furnished Home WITH a HEATED saltwater pool in Sunny South Florida, located in a Beautiful Quiet Family Neighborhood with private area/on corner lot!! Brand New Kids Park 100 yards away & A dog park! Also in walking distance is a Plaza with a Supermarket, Gym, Bar, Pizza Restaurant, Hair Salon, Nail Salon, Etc. Also 5 minutes to Pembroke Lakes Mall. It’s only 10 minutes to the NEW Hardrock Guitar Hotel and Casino and 10mins also to Hardrock Stadium. 20 minutes to Sawgrass Mills Mall. Also Hollywood Beach and the Dania Pier with a Restaurant are 20 minutes away. Fort Lauderdale Beach/Airport is as well as 20 minutes just the opposite direction.

Great stay in Pembroke Pines

We could not have asked for a better place stay in Pembroke Pines. We are moving to the area and this house was centrally located to everything we needed. It is comfortable and clean and the pool was amazing. Would definitely recommend for the value.

Pictures accurately reflect property. I was willing to stay in a dingy home to get our own space and a private heated pool. Pool heat not working first two days we were there but host very responsive and got that fixed.If traveling with a family/group make sure to stop and pick up necessities: laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper etc.

Comfortable stay. We had a problem with lighting not working outside pool area and owner sent electrician to fix asap... Comfortable main bedroom nice kitchen area to prepare meals

Peace and Quiet

House and pool are as shown. The Furnishings may be a big big for a few rooms but everything is clean and comfortable. Carl and Deena were my contacts. Both were helpful and kind. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Great pool and outdoor dining room and tv. A great dog park is q block away. Really enjoyed my stay

Dirty and not so quiet

Property was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning before we arrived. The property is in a nice area that has lots of traffic. The pool and backyard were the best features of the house. Property manager offered to help us clean and host told us that we could vacate with full refund - both options were not how we wanted to start our stay.

This house was not dirty and if my cleaning crew missed something, my host offered to come and correct it. He was not happy because he wanted to book directly through me and not Verbo. He came three days earlier and booked outside of verbal to save money then he wanted to stay for 100 per night And I said I would not rent outside of Verbo. It’s not safe so this review is false.

Great place for family vacation

We had a great time staying at this house. House is very clean and well kept. Checking process was a breeze and the owner promptly answer our questions and was very accomodating. This house is perfect for a family with children. There is not only a pool at the property but also playground in the walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

Wonderful Property

We had 3 guys stay for a golf trip. House was clean and mostly updated. What hadn't yet been remodeled was obviously cared for. All the kitchen supplies were provided. New model washer and dryer were great. Pool area is amazing. Pool was about 6' deep and much larger than the pictures make it look. Very private and had beautiful palms overhead. Very nice grill to use. Plenty of towels were made available. Owner stayed completely out of our hair but also responded immediately to our inquiries. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. There was a ton to do nearby and the neighborhood seemed safe and clean. I'd recommend this for couples, families, or guys trips. There were 4 decent sets of golf clubs for use as well as pool toys. The pictures in the posting do not do justice to how nice this house is. We've already talked about returning next year.
