A wonderful, restful retreat amongst the birdsong and native bush. We had everything we needed for our stay and more, and could feel at home, even choosing to just relax here rather than go and do things.

We enjoyed a wonderful experience here, amongst native bird calls and lush bush. Tuis at your kitchen window to drink from the water trough, giant tree ferns out the bathroom window. Lovely friendly hosts, well stocked kitchen & fridge. Could not have asked for more.

This was an excellent 2 night stay. It was an amazing location, right next to a reserve. We love the bush and native birds so it was perfect for us. The bach was very fully equipped and provisioned, including eggs and bacon in the fridge! We met our hosts on a couple of occasions and they were very welcoming and informative. We had our local relatives up for coffee and they were equally impressed, and will spread the word...we will be back!

Fabulous native bush and bird retreat

Our hosts Maria and Chris were fabulous and made this lovely separate accommodation so welcoming for us. The bird life was abundant and their songs just delightful. We will definitely visit again.
