Christmas 2024 Cabin Retreat

Great cabin and location! Nice, clean and decorated for Christmas. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 12, kitchen open to living room, back deck hot tub was amazing. Will definitely be returning for a summer time experience.

We love this area, but the pictures for this property are misleading. The backyard area was especially lacking compared to the photos. The playset, fire pit and chairs, and back porch equipment was not as pictured or in good shape at all. The master bed was nice, but the other two beds were in rough shape. We do a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen appliances worked well but the pots/pans need updated badly. I sadly would not recommend staying here.

Good cabin but some discrepancies in pictures

We enjoyed our stay however one of the main reasons we booked this property was because of the playset that was pictured in the pictures. When we got there the playset was NOTHING like the one pictured and was falling apart in places. Also the back yard had some very unsafe places right off of the patio, there were uneven mossy rocks, a pipe sticking out of the ground and a tree stump sticking about a foot out of the ground and with a toddler this is very dangerous. We enjoyed the cabin itself as a place to stay however most of our time was spent in the back yard with the playset that we thought was going to be something completely different.

70th b-day & family reunion

The house was great and all the amenities worked great. We had a great time while there. The children especially enjoyed the swings & slide. We all enjoyed the Large table & chairs outside on covered porch. I would recommend here for anyone. We were in the master bedroom & it was very comfortable & roomy withe tub & shower.

Relaxing family getaway

Cabin was clean and just as listed. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig along with K cups available. Plenty of clean bath towels including beach towels for the hot tub available. We needed to ask the host a question once during our stay and she was quick to respond. Evolve staff were helpful and professional during booking process. We would stay here again.

Nice but not what was listed

Overall it was an enjoyable stay! Unfortunately my kids were excited for the playground set and it was not at all what was listed. It was old and seemed as though it would break any second. Doorknobs were almost falling off and the bathtub would constantly drip. I will say the kitchen was very well stocked which was nice! Outside the bathtub had no lights so it was pretty dark at night when we were in it and had to use our phone lights. Fire pit was pretty far away from the cabin and again no exterior lights to help guide us back there!

Clean, Easy, Fun

We had a great time in Broken Bow for our first vacation there. The cabin was very clean, easy to find, and easy to use. There were 5 of us (kids aged 2,5,7) and we had no issues. The hot tub outside was very clean and easy to use. There was a playscape in the backyard that was good for the little ones. They had anything you needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of games around the house. Lastly, the host was extremely responsive.

Amazing Family Trip

We had such a wonderful time at this cabin! It was big enough for the whole family, great accommodations in the cabin to entertain the adults and the kids. Close to all of the things so traveling to get anything wasn’t out of the way but you were still far enough away to fill like you are all alone. Great communication with property manager too! We got to pull off a great surprise, with my sister who lives in another state surprising the family with her and the kids! Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommend this cabin!

Generous space

Family celebrating Thanksgiving together. Great hiking, liked the hot tub and the fire pit. Television was a pain to turn up the audio. Kitchen could use a toaster and new baking sheets. We had inquired about baking casseroles and told should have plenty. Only had one. We got by using pans, etc. Enjoyed our stay in the area and hope to return.
