On entering the property it features a cosy living room and ample kitchen with direct access onto a large covered terrace, garden and pool area. On the first floor it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and in the basement it features a further en suite bedroom, second living room/chillout area and laundry room.

The house has been tastefully furnished and has a lovely view to la Concha mountain, as well as enjoying a lot of privacy in the garden/pool area. Perfect for a holiday with family/friends.
