The house is located in the area of Gerakini, in a settlement in an olive grove, which overlooks golden beaches and extends from the crystal clear beach to the slopes with panoramic views. It is right in the center of Chalkidiki, the leading vacation destination of Northern Greece.

The neighborhood is unique, green grass, trees, flowers and birds singing each morning waking us up. The complex in which the house belongs to, it generally exudes a sense of security, as the houses (100 in total) are separated by a garden offering privacy and the feeling of the neighborhood.
