About this property

Beautifully upgraded two-story beach house located in the quite little town of cayucos. Steps from the beach our large house includes granite counter tops, upscale furniture, flat screen tv’s in every room, wifi, upgraded appliances, large deck, two private patios, and fenced in yard with a putting green for extra entertainment. The upstairs has a large master suite with a king size bed and spa inspired master bathroom, guest room with queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with leather recliners. The downstairs is an extremely large master suite with a king size bed, a love seat that converts into a twin size bed, walk in shower, and a door that leads to a private patio. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. There is a two car garage equipped with a barbecue, outdoor sink, and a new washer and dryer. We have a cart filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys, all ready for a day at the beach.

Excellent Christmas Get-away

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Cayucos at this beautiful home. Spacious, clean, and so close to the public beach entrances (4 houses down either direction), and an easy walk to downtown Cayucos. Wonderful Christmas vacation for our family of 4.

Great Property

The access to the beach is easy and close, the hosts are very responsive and considerate. The sunsets are awesome. Comfy beds, and good family space. Very clean and functional. Fun outside area for littles. A wagon, toys and chairs for the beach. We can’t wait to go back! Recommend for three couples, grandparents with their and small families or two smallish families.

Pictures don't do justice

this property, location and the community are way way better than what anyone can describe in words. As soon as you get out of the car, you hear ocean waves hitting against the shore. The check-in was a breeze, the place was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, beds were comfy and the property was stocked just a mentioned in the listing (I truly appreciate the transparency in the listing). Communication with Tricia was great. The only thing I found slightly annoying was that the smart TV apps wouldn't connect to the internet and three software developers couldn't figure out why... we went ahead and bought a chromecast from best buy next day to ensure kids and adults were entertained after long days of enjoying everything the region had to offer. I would highly recommend this property and the region to others.
