About this property

without right angles and a little bizarre: original accommodation for individualists

The old manor house with its residential and commercial buildings is now used by 3 families. We live in the middle part: three residential units with patio. Single storey dwellings among the former was the wine cellar. There is in the house to be rented the kitchen with large dining table and an old wood stove. The room has access to the courtyard / garden with a small table and chairs under a fig tree. In a vault part the bathroom is located. A staircase in the kitchen or out on the courtyard and the terrace leads into the living room on the first floor overlooking vineyards and wooded hills. There is an open fireplace and several seats of denenen a sofa can be easily converted into 2 single beds. On this floor there is a further small WC. To the actual sleeping room, climb another staircase up to the mezzanine with double bed. The house is equipped with central heating.

Pure relaxation: What you do not need to part is the situation of the house: Located in the border area of all mobile networks and outside one of the last towns in the area, is introduced in the DSL, there is no internet, limited and often poor mobile phone reception. Even the radio stations are just a few to elicit. On the equipment with televisions we have deliberately omitted. This one has the more peace and quiet to read, listen to music (on record or cassette) and telling. The power of this falls only rarely and often only for a short time during electrical storms.

Relax! There can be so quiet that it was many a visitor almost eerie. Nevertheless, the Mas de Cade is not on the moon. The surrounding fields are cultivated and consequently every now and then (when in season) ordered with associated equipment, harvesters can talk from tree to tree - even very early in the morning. Although the small road to the Mas is located is narrow and there is no roaring traffic, but it is still used occasionally. The neighborhood is alive. Therefore, they can sometimes hear - be it at work or at meetings with friends in the garden.
Dogs barking, roosters crowing in the distance, birds chirping, singing cicadas, crickets chirping and certainly not to keep any rest periods.
