Tattnall Street is an often missed gem among the streets of Savannah, overshadowed by the cobblestones of Jones Street, which Southern Living Magazine dubbed “America’s prettiest street.” This quintessential Southern street will will make you feel like you’re coming home.

You’ll enter into the foyer, which has stairs leading to the second floor, a hallway that leads back to the kitchen, and opens to the living room to your right. Past the living room is the dining room with seating for six. The upgraded kitchen has a convenient island with stools and a breakfast nook. Enjoy your morning coffee in a rocking chair on your private porch just off the kitchen.

Upstairs you’ll find three beautiful bedrooms. The bedroom at the top of the stairs has two twin beds, perfect for families with children. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own private porch. These two bedrooms share a bath, which has a wonderful clawfoot tub. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, television, and ensuite bath with a double vanity and huge shower with built-in seating.

Nearby dining favorites include Mrs. Wilkes Dining House, where you’ll find some of the best Southern home cooking in the city, and the Crystal Beer Parlor, Savannah’s oldest restaurant. You’ll also be a short walk from Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Great location!

This house is located in a beautiful and historic neighborhood just a mile walk from the Savannah River. It was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the house felt large enough for the six of us, and we enjoyed touring the city without having to use our car.

Great house, great location.

Five family members (all adults) spent a long weekend in Savannah. The house was perfect for our group and in a great location. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go and it was a short drive to get to Tybee Island. Very close to Forsyth Park, great restaurants, and coffee shops! The house was as advertised and communication with Lucky was excellent!

Perfect home base

With comfort and ambiance, this place was perfect for family of 5. 5-10 minute walk to a lot of options for shopping, restaurants and parks. Mattresses very comfy- kitchen well equipped- all very clean. Must go to Forsyth park and the Collins Quarter, extremely short walk (3-5 minutes?)

Fans of Oak Manor

Wanted something special for one last family getaway before our daughter leaves for college this Fall and Oak Manor was the perfect choice!! The check in process was super easy and we all loved the beautiful historic home! House was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had most everything we needed, and the location was within walking distance to all the things we wanted to do! Property manager was responsive and helpful. Overall an absolutely lovely experience!! Highly recommend, would happily stay at Oak Manor again!

Perfect Savannah Getaway Location

Property was exactly as depicted in the pictures. Very clean, excellent location (3 minute walk to park, 5 minute walk to Kroger’s and 15 to the Riverwalk). The folks at Lucky Savannah were top notch - we had a couple of glitches on our end and they handled them quickly and professionally. I would definitely stay at this home again or at any of the other ones under their management. My only recommendation would be to replace the shower heads in both bathrooms as the water flow from them is very weak. Other than that, zero issues or complaints. 10/10!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house a few blocks from Forsyth Park and a 20 minute walk to the main street in town. The house was clean and laid out nicely. It was an overly hot weekend in Savannah and the house had some issues with the bedroom AC but Lucky Savannah was very responsive and helpful in getting fans and temporary AC units to help cool it off while they fixed the AC. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and there was plenty of available parking on the street. The house has all of the cutting and cookware available but there aren't left over spices except for salt & pepper so bring anything else you might need.

We had no trouble finding parking and was able to park directly in front of the house. The only recommendation I have is to have a step up stool for the very high bed in the front. I am tall and I struggled to get in and out of the bed. That door also didn’t completely close so needs to be fixed. Kitchen had a lot of pots and pans, dishes and pretty much everything you need. But if you plan on cooking bring salt and pepper! I was expecting it and had to go buy it. We had a great time and would stay again.

This is a lovely home on a quiet street in the beautiful Historic District. Tree lined streets, interesting architecture and a beautiful park just a couple of blocks away. It is absolutely as described and pictured. We discovered a Whole Foods about a 10 minute ride away - which was great. It's a great walking area. It was me, my daughter and her 5 year old. He loved the house and was sad to leave! Full kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware and utensils. Full size fridge. Washer and dryer. So clean you could eat off the floors! Street parking was easy. The area is quiet day and night. When we arrived and didn't have the code for the front door - they had texted us but it hadn't arrived, we called and the office texted again instantly. Any dealings I had with Lucky Savannah were friendly and professional -- and helpful!

Spacious getaway

The house met our needs quite nicely. It was spacious enough for 5 people to sit around and catch up. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The check-in and departure procedures were very simple.
