Great property and a great location

Loved this cottage. It was perfect for the two of us plus our puppy. And it was in the perfect location: across the street from the Children's Beach, 4 houses down from the White Elephant and the Brant Point Grill restaurant, and 3 blocks from downtown Nantucket. It was new, spotless, charming and the appliances and accommodations were exemplary. Would definitely stay here again

What a perfect vacation spot. The home was perfect for two and well-appointed. Close to town and dining. Wonderful treasures to find on a walk. Would certainly book for our next trip to Nantucket.

Great Property in the Heart of Everything!

We loved our stay at the Eliza cottage! It's so close to everything downtown, the Children's Beach, and Jetties Beach. The cottage was fully stocked and had a cute front yard we spent some time in, looking at the water. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I loved our stay at the Eliza cottage. The place was so charming, beautifully appointed and the location was perfect! We were able to easily walk to restaurants and shopping. We definitely hope to come back in the future.

Lovely Property

We spent two nights at Eliza Cottage while visiting our granddaughter who was working there for the summer. It is just a perfect little cottage, convenient to shopping and restaurants and everything needed is available. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The owner is prompt in responding to messages and helpful in every way. Would definitely stay here again!

Quintessentially Nantucket

Perhaps one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever stayed at. The home was truly immaculate. Clean and well appointed. The perfect spot for our little family. Our son loved waking up in the morning and going across the street to the playground. We enjoyed the proximity to the town center. Communication and check in was seamless. Look forward to staying again!

This is our 4th time staying at Eliza Cottage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It never disappoints. Couldn't think of another place we'd rather celebrate our anniversary than on ACK and at Eliza Cottage. We had a great time again. Great location, all the amenities of home, wonderful bed, and very cozy. We will be back!

Perfectly Quaint

The cottage was just as it looked in the photos, clean, nicely appointed and in a great location! We walked from the Ferry and were able to pop in and out throughout the day. We were in Nantucket during the Daffodil Festival so lots of activities in the heart of town. Everything you need in walking distance and so comfy to come back to at the end of the day. Our favorite was the heated bathroom floor!

Clean, cute and great location. Had a hiccup in check in. Did not receive the code and owner was on a flight. Did call the VRBO support and they were great. Got us connected but hours later after checking into a hotel for the evening. Needed to get ready for wedding events. Owner was great in responding and credited first night. All in would stay again.

A luxurious step back in time

My wife and I just crossed Nantucket off our bucket list, but we’d return tomorrow! This cottage is ideally located for quick access to restaurants, shops, and walking through Norman Rockwell neighborhoods. Top drawer appliances, fixtures, linens and furnishings complete a first-class experience. We really appreciated the little touches like coffee pods, soaps and shampoo, umbrella, and towels that we’ve rarely experienced with other owners. The bathroom with heated flooring and multi-head shower complete the lux feeling. Theresa was helpful, kind, and quick to respond to questions. We’d return tomorrow if we could! Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage

The place was clean and well appointed. All necessary utensils were there for cooking, even elaborate cooking. Shopping was close by and we elected not to bring a car, it was not missed. Some of the windows were inoperable or would fog between the pane and storm window. This was a minor inconvenience. The King bed had become a little soft from wear and did not give the support needed for a large man. Finally, the shower heads need a descaling cleaning, usually with vinegar to break up mold and calcium deposits. Aside from these minor inconveniences, the place was what we expected or more for a rental in this price range. We will visit again.
