Private one bed, one bath, indoor/outdoor fireplace, big screen TV w/cable, Wifi, fridge, microwave, table & chairs, ONE SMALL DOG (<35 lbs.) OK with PET FEE, sorry NO CATS; please plan to charge your electric vehicle at a local charging station and not at the casita. Large beautiful pool with a spa two doors away. Courtyard with fireplace, barbeque, outdoor heater, table & padded chairs. Located in a very quiet neighborhood.

This location is prime for festival season and the hosts are very lovely! I throughly enjoyed my trip and a huge factor was the wonderful hosts. The place was clean and a big enough space to get comfortably ready and relax. I am excited to book another trip and stay at this location. Barbara and Bruce's private casita was perfect for our stay visiting the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Excellent hosts and room. Appreciated the luxury towels and larger fridge. Guests, however, should be aware of noise from golf carts on roadway beginning at 5:30 AM, and the shower you step down into - we wrenched our backs because we forgot - a sign on the shower door would be a good reminder.
