The apartment has a very big lounge, modern kitchen, 2 en-suite bedrooms, a garrage for a small car, patio with a pool and an extra toilet located next to the pool. The bedroom 1 has a full bed and bedroom 2 has a king size bed, both with AC and fans. There is also a sofa bed. There is a speedy 15MB WiFi and a 50 inch TV with Netflix. Basic toiletrees are provided. There is a big "american style" fridge with ice machine to chill your drinks and a cold mineral water dispenser. Basic cutlery and glasses are also included so you can relax with a glass of champagne in the pool, if you wish.

There are occasional power blackouts in Dominican Republic including Zona Colonial where the apartment is located. When power blackouts happen it is usually during working hours. This is beyond our control and not a reason for cancellation. I will however fully reimburse guests if the problem persists. Power black outs are famous in Dominican Republic and though it can be very irritating, by making the booking you acknowledge that you are OK with it when it happens.
