About this property

Back Valley Farmstay Bed and Breakfast

Your own private apartment attached to our beautiful farm-house, situated on 185 acres of picturesque grazing land. A working beef cattle farm with abundant bird-life and close to the Heysen Trail for those interested in walking or cycling.
A Continental breakfast is provided.
You will NOT have access to a kitchen but you are welcome to bring take-away food. Please DO NOT bring lots of fresh food with you as you'll have nowhere to store it. Tea and coffee are provided and there is also a kettle, toaster and microwave.
For your own safety you are advised not to walk through areas where animals are grazing, but are welcome to walk around other areas of the property.
Some things you will see in our house are not available to guests.
Unless you have Telstra connection, you will not have coverage whilst at our farm.
TV is only accessible as a Smart TV - no free to air.

A very restful quiet place with delighful host Marilyn and fresh eggs for breakfast!

Very clean and quiet in a lovely rural setting. It is easy to find and covenient for close by towns, but still a little bit off the beaten track. We will stay again.

Lovely place in quiet surroundings

Lovely modern B&B situated in quiet farmland approx 10 to 15 minutes from Victor harbour. Only negative point was that the location is a black hole for mobile reception, which for some may be a positive, and the door between the owners section of the property and the B&B section allows for easy transfer of sound between the 2 areas.

Great getaway

Very pleasant and scenic stay. Marilyn greeted us on arrival, the accomodation was clean and comfotable, and we had an amazing home cooked breakfast.
