The place was located near the Jay Peak Resort… about a 10 minute drive. Property was comfortable for two families of 4. Property owner was responsive and property was clean. Unfortunately our skiing was ruined by rain and then severe cold, but we made the best of it.

Everything was clean and there was good communication. I do wish there had been wood for a fire. We found out the day before that there may or may not be wood, but it's not easy to purchase this time of year and we know we can't cross state lines with wood. Other than that, it was very nice.

Beautiful Chalet

Came up to Vermont for a wedding and stayed at this cute, chalet. It was quaint and rustic. We arrived on the hottest day of the year to find no air conditioning or any fans. I know it probably doesn't get this hot up here, but the home should at least have a fan in every bedroom just in case. We were hot and miserable the first night but we made the best of it. It is a really beauty little home. The mailbox should be made to be better seen fromtne road, we drove past it numerous times until we found it because we arrived late at night. Overall, it was comfortable and clean. I left a deck of cards for the next guests, as there are no boards games or anything like that.

Where to start, first off we were unable to check into the house until the day after we were supposed to. The owner didn't send me the access code until the morning after we were supposed to check in. The washer was broken, cob webs in the corners, black stains on the counters in the kitchen, the owner had someone come by an look at it, and he said it was water stains on the counters. I don't think I would stay at this place again. I am pretty forgiving when it comes to stuff, but you can definitely do better in the area.

Cute but not what expected

The place is cute but the cleanliness was lacking. I emailed the host with photos of trash outside the front door and never heard back. Dishes and silverware were dirty. Photos of the inside were deceiving, rooms are smaller then they appeared. If this place was cleaner and there was better communication then I would return.

A great cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is perfect for a family looking to get away for hiking or skiing in Vermont. We were there in the fall and did some great hiking and enjoyed our evenings by the fire. Check in process and communication with owner great. A couple of minor issues were dealt with promptly and with ease. Recommend.

Très bon emplacement pour le ski, très tranquille, bien aménagé. Il faisait chaud à notre arrivée et c'est très apprécié, le feu avait été fait à la cheminée! Nous étions un groupe de 8, 4 adultes et 4 enfants et c'était parfait. Très propre. Bon réseau pour les ados! 2 salles de bain très pratique pour le groupe. Laveuse et sécheuse très appréciées. Manquait seulement un peu de bois pour le feu. Excellent séjour et beaucoup de beaux souvenirs.

Good place!

Bel endroit pour notre famille. L'espace était parfait pour 8 personnes. Très tranquille et propre. À proximité de la pente de ski. Le chalet est bien équipé et pratique.

Great little property, private and quiet yet close to town and jay peak. We enjoyed our weekend with friends and would stay here again.

Needs a little extra effort on the cleaning.

Kitchen appliances need so extra attention to cleaning. Text the owner and he sent someone right over to take care of all the problems. I’m sure he will get all the areas taken care of.
