Gorgeous new construction, perfect location!
The property is recently renovated and wonderfully designed. There was plenty of space to accommodate everyone in our group and is laid out in a way that regardless of the weather, there's lots of room. It's obvious a lot of care and detail went into the layout and the amenities. The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you'd need for a weekend or a week of staying in on the lake, but you're also a 5 minute walk to the Town Dock and the other spots in town. The owners were very open to suggestions on how they can improve the property and it shows in their communication and how quickly they were to respond whenever we had a question.
It was a bit surprising that it's possible for there to be renters downstairs, but the property manager was open and honest about the layout and apologetic about the confusion. The description of the property was then updated to ensure that no one else had the same confusion.
I would suggest renting Villa I and Villa II in the future to ensure you have exclusive access to the yard. However, the yard is plenty large to accommodate multiple groups.
We're already discussing with our group whether we will have time to look into booking again next year to include our wives this time!
