Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home, including full access to the kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, office, living room, dining room, enclosed front porch, back patio, and basement (to access stack-able washer and dryer).

Interaction with guests

I'm happy to interact with guests as much or as little as they want. I'm always a phone call away, or I'm more than happy to spend time with guests, make in-person recommendations, provide an in-depth tour of my home and so on. Or I'm willing to give guests a totally private experience. Either way is totally OK!

Other things to note

My home is fully furnished, but if there's anything guests need or cannot locate, I'm more than happy to assist in order to get them whatever they need.

About the host

Host profile image
Over the last several years, I've been able to travel the world, meet amazing people and work at some incredible places. As a true crime investigator and writer with over 20 years of criminal investigations experience, I've had the opportunity to meet thousands of witnesses, victims, criminal suspects, prosecutors and judges in various parts of the U.S. The criminal justice system is my passion, working on this house is my favorite hobby and past time.

Why they chose this property

I take great pride in remodeling this once outdated, run-down property in less than six months. Once a gloomy and dark house with lots of old carpeting, pink and yellow walls, failing plumbing, dangerous electrical service, no outdoor lighting, and a tragic 1950's kitchen with six layers of vinyl covering beautiful hardwood floors, I revamped this eyesore into a chic and modern home.
