Grace and her husband were exceptional hosts. I have visited Robin's Bay many times over the years, & have stayed in several guest houses. This property is outstanding but it's the people that make it special. They not only provided great accommodations but priceless guidance to assist me in my persuit of my own piece of Jamaica. The food was excellent and my room was perfect. A hot shower is a luxury in Jamaica and much welcomed after a long day. Everything was great and I recommend this property over any resort. Come experience the real side of Jamaica, you won't regret it with these hosts!!

About the host
Hosted by Grace Barrett
My husband and I are both Jamaicans but had lived in the US for many years prior to coming back home to Jamaica to build our retirement home.
Why they chose this property
This is a remote hidden little gem in Jamaica. The locals here are fishermen and farmers and many of them have lived here all their lives. Its friendly and welcoming to visitors without the harassment you get in many other tourists' areas in Jamaica. Being remote, the roads are bumpy and curvy but well worth the trip.
What makes this property unique
Since I am a decorator/designer, I designed the house and exterior recreation and garden areas. Being by the seaside, we have the advantage of easily accommodating sea water in the huge seaside pool.
