BMT Grads Stay! Minutes to Lackland + Community Pool, SeaWorld, Shopping!

Welcome to our 3rd Rental Property! We started this business 3 years ago when we rented out someone's home to visit our brother graduate BMT. We had such an amazing experience that we decided to do the same for other BMT families. We cater to mostly BMT and Military families as we are 4 miles away from Lackland Air Force Base but we also welcome families coming in to enjoy the local attractions. INSIDE 1604 LOOP. We are 6 Miles to SEAWORLD, 15 Miles to Fiesta Texas and SEAWORLD, 20 Miles from The Alamo, Downtown River walk, The Convention Center and many other attractions. We have enjoyed hosting many families over the last two years and have expanded out to other homes in the area.

This home can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably and is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We did the best we could to make sure your family feels like you are at your home away from home. We know how long your Airman has been away from home and how nice it is to take a break from the base and spend time at home with your family. We want them to enjoy a home cooked meal and relax on the couch while watching some T.V. Not only do we supply all that you can need during your stay we are also very close to many food stores, gas stations, entertainment spots, bars, and restaurants if you are looking to go out as well!

This home is located in a semi cul-de-sac with an easement behind it for a bit more privacy. We have a beautiful open layout with plenty of living space for 9 people to enjoy comfortably. We have made the home kid friendly by adding all safety plugs in all outlets, adding a pack n play with sheet, and providing toys and games. We have made sure the beds are as good or if not better then hotel quality and provide a king bed in the Master and a queen bed in each guest room. Each bedroom has a large closet and a 32 inch TV with plenty of channels. The open living area lets you spread out comfortably while enjoying the table and the oversized sectional couch with ottoman. The kitchen is stocked with enough utensils and cooking supplies to feed your entire family. We supply plush bath, hand, and face towels in each bathroom along with a starter pack of shampoo and soap. We also provide all the garbage bags, paper products, and soaps along with a washer and dryer and all supplies needed. We want to make sure you spend your time in San Antonio with your family and not worrying about your homes base and its necessities. We know you only have short time with your Airmen and we want you to take full advantage of it!

Outside we have a COVERED patio with table and chairs along with a charcoal grill and grill utensils provided. There is a one car garage as well as a double driveway that can fit two cars.

The home is all automatic entrance and you will be given a code to enter home before your stay. This gives you the ability to check in or out at all different hours of the day.


With this home being as close as it is to the base it will allow to spend extra time with your Airman instead of wasting it in traffic trying to get through the busy city of San Antonio. We are so close to the base you can hear them playing TAPS at night.

OPEN HOURS: Wednesday - Monday 8 am - 9 pm, weather permitting*
CLOSED: Tuesdays for cleaning

Pool Season opens Saturday on March 7, 2026.
Pool Season closes Sunday on September 27, 2026
Full Schedule:
March 7 – March 15 (Open All of Spring Break)
May 2 – May 17 (Open Weekends Only Saturdays & Sundays)
August 15 – September 27 (Open Weekends Only Saturdays & Sundays)
May 23 - August 9 (Open Season, 6 days a week swim)
Pool Hours:
Wednesday through Monday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Closed for cleaning on Tuesdays
The pool will be open on Memorial Day and Labor Day and closed the Tuesday after the holiday.
Pool devices will not allow access if the pool is scheduled closed.

BMT GRADUATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Please keep in mind that your Airman is not permitted outside the San Antonio 1604 LOOP. We are well within this loop and right outside the base. If for some reason your Airman is recycled, we will reschedule your reservation to the new dates if available or fully refund your deposit.
