This guest did not stay at the property , One because she wasn’t 21 and older . 2, she did not pay the deposit and 3 , used a fraudulent credit card.. I don’t know why VRBO didn’t do proper screening . As an owner, I was Not going to hand overs keys to a minor who refused to abide by rules stipulated under house rules

Short stay

Overall, the house is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. Bedrooms are clean with plenty of room for suitcases. I know this may be a little pricey but I suggest having a professional painter paint the inside. The house is NOT nasty or filthy but dusty just like any house, that needs to be dusted on a regular bases. The kitchen is very nice.

Weekend Stay

Overall, the guests and I had a memorable time. The house was clean, spacious, and in a very convenient, quiet neighborhood. The owner was tentative to schedule and easy to contact. Highly recommended. I plan on staying here again for future visits to the area. Thank you.

Spacious, Clean,Safe, and full of Entertainment!

The host had great communication! The house layout was perfect for our family. The house is setup for family bonding, much of the things that I travel with like a speaker, board games, card games, basketball was already there for use in the home. I have two athletic nephews that was able to workout also on the exercise machines. We had snacks left for us upon arrival which the kids loved. The house had an inviting and clean smell. The neighborhood was quiet and mostly importantly we felt safe. The outside was setup for lounging with a grill and furniture and games but we didn’t get to enjoy it because of our schedule. We would definitely stay again.

Quick Getaway

The property has plenty of parking and was clean and well taken care of. Upon entering the home it was warm and inviting! It was immaculately clean. There were plenty of accessories to use, plenty of washcloths and towels. The property owner reached out to me personally and made herself easily reachable and was extremely polite!! Would definitely rent this property again!

Experience was cool. Parking in cul-de-sac was a hassle when there was a major party down the street.
