About this property

A perfect place to stay for your holiday getaway. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, the 3rd bedroom is a small kids room with bunk beds. The main bedroom has bath robes for the guests. Cleaning, linen and towels are included in the price.
There is off street parking and a secure place to store your mountain bikes and an area to wash them after your day out.
A large lawn for the family to play on.
Owners will be there to welcome you to our holiday home. If anything is needed we will be there to assist otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your time at Holiday on Devon.
Easy walking distance to our local bakery, takeaway and dairy on the corner of Devon Street and Ranolf Street.
Rotorua Central Mall is a 6 minute drive which has Countdown Supermarket and other shops you may need.
Redwoods Treewalk is an 8 minute drive away, all other great Rotorua activities are close by.

Second time to this property, great place to stay, close to town centre and good facilities..definitely recommend, we had to stay an extra night due to cyclone Gabrielle and owner happy to facilitate us

Great location for biking and mud :-)

Perfect location. Loved the shed for bike storage. The corner Bakery was deliciously epic. Loved Te Puia. Love riding the Redwoods. Great weekend getaway location.
