Holiday home in a beautiful location

Our *** House 'Am Bromberg "is available with 120 m² living space in a beautiful location, close to the Center Parcs, are available. The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms, one with a balcony facing south, and 8 beds for our little guests with a baby bed and a high chair. It has a bathroom, guest toilet, a compl. equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and big fridge), comfortable living or Dining area with fireplace and balcony. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player.
A washing machine is in the basement.
The house has a small, idyllic garden with a partially covered barbecue area. On the adjacent terrace is a table tennis table and a foosball in the conservatory.
Storage facilities for z. B. Bicycles and motorcycles are also available.

Quiet stay in Medebach

Our stay was really nice. The house was easy to reach and the key was already in the door. We walked in the area and made a few bike rides. The Orke valley was beautiful. All beds were made and the house was very spacy. We consider coming back next year.

Heel vriendelijke eigenaresse die snel reageert op vragen. Prettig huis met alle mogelijke voorzieningen, goed uitgeruste keuken ook. Fijne omgeving voor kinderen, op loopafstand van het Aventura klimpark en Center Parcs met het tropisch zwembad.

Es war alles super, Kommunikation lief schnell und präzise, das Haus entsprach weitestgehend den Beschreibungen, eine vollausgestattete Küche war gegeben und auch einige Verbrauchsmittel. Super war, dass auch brennholz für den Ofen gestellt wurde. Das Haus an sich ist rustikal, etwas altbacken und hat einige deutliche Gebrauchtspuren, aber da hatten wir auch gar nichts anderes erwartet und irgendwie gehört so was manchmal auch dazu, für mich war das in jedem Fall schon beim buchen klar.

Ein schönes rustikales Haus das super in die Umgebung passt. Die Nähe zum großen Spielberg macht die Lage perfekt für Kinder. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und draußen am Grillplatz kann man sogar bei regen sitzen.

Spielplan gleich hinter der Ferienwohnung

Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war über E Mal immer sehr schnell, die Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, besonders gut ist die überdachte Grillecke oder der Kicker Tisch. Ca. 30 min sind viele interessante Dinge mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Becker und Supermärkte sind auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Eine ruhige angenehme Wohnlage.

Wir waren zu 7. mit Freunden für ein Wochenende zu Gast. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Kommunikation und die Organisation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Betten bequem, die Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zur Selbstversorgung war alles vorhanden. Wir haben den Sitzplatz im Garten abends ausgiebig genutzt zum Grillen und Zusammensitzen. Zu Fuß ist man in 10min auf dem Spielberg und es gibt zahlreiche Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung. Vielleicht hilfreich zu Wissen: Die Stichstraße zum Haus ist ein relativ schmaler Schotterweg. Die Einfahrt bietet Platz für 2-3 Autos. Es sah so aus als würden am Nachbarhaus größere Sanierungsarbeiten stattfinden aber während unseres Aufenthaltes war dort kein Betrieb.Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

urig gemütliches Haus, bestens ausgestattet

Das Haus war sauber, bestens ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet, für den Kamin stand ausreichend Feuerholz zur Verfügung, die Kinder haben sich sehr über Kicker und Tischtennisplatte gefreut. Unsere Autos standen sicher in der Einfahrt. Dank Glasfaseranschluss gab es einen ordentlich schnellen Internetzugang. Wenn die Gelegenheit besteht, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Voll zufrieden

Sind mit 6 Personen über ein Wochenende dort gewesen. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Besonders toll war die Privatsphäre und der abgeschlossene Garten. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die modernste aber alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Häuschen aber in die Jahre gekommen

Unser Aufenthalt war generell wirklich gut. Auf den ersten Blick war das Haus sauber und ordentlich und alles da, was man braucht. Bei genauem hinsehen wurden dann ein paar details sichtbar die für den Preis wirklich sein können. Teilweise einfach verglaste Fenster, abgewohnter Boden, die Bäder sind auch schon älter, die Toilette läuft sehr lange nach, die Duschabtrennung auf der Badewanne war auch sehr wackelig, sehr rustikal, das moderneste ist die Küche. Trotz dieser Sachen (die alle behoben werden können), hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kinder hatten Spaß beim Tischkicker und beim Tischtennisspiele ( auch wenn Platte und Schläger durch nässe, schon etwas gelitten haben). Die Vermieter war sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar die Frisbee aus dem Baum geholt. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber am Haus muss was gemacht werden.
