Great location

Right off the hop, the location is fantastic, right across the street from the #1 beach in America. The condo property is very nice and well maintained with a centrally located pool. Once in the unit, it is clean and has comfortable beds. Some minor updates of new trim work and doors would go a long way with refreshing the look. However, it doesn’t affect the overall experience and value for your vacation. My wife and 3 teenage kids had an awesome time.

Great condo

Really enjoyed the condo. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The community pool did close at 8:00 PM as did the community activity room. If you plan on an after dinner swim or plan to use the activity room for group gatherings in the evening, I would suggest picking another rental.

Vacation rental

The vacation rental at this property was good. You really can’t beat the location! We had an easy check in/out experience. The unit was clean and orderly. The only issue we had was with trying to get the tv to function. However, I messaged the host and within minutes someone was knocking on our door to assist us. We’d stay here again!

Average place/great location

The biggest appeal to the condo is definitely the location. It was so nice being right across the street from the beach and access to the trolley. We are able to walk everyday and it was great! A few things would need to change before I would recommend staying there again. The communication is horrible with the front desk/property manager. I called twice while we were there and never got a return call. The locks to the back door and screen door were broken from day one (i.e all of our stuff being exposed) It took several times for us following up to have them send someone over. Maintenance noted the door was broken before and it was never fixed. The lights in both bedrooms didn’t work so we had no lights in the rooms. The place is very outdated and in general the complex lacks care needed (trash overflowing at the pool/stairs to pool broken/trash in parking lot that wasn’t picked up over the 8 days we were there). Overall the stay was fine but not sure I would go back.

Not the best

The condo itself was decent. Although it does not have a washer and dryer in unit and also the back door gave us constant problems with locking. Communication with LaSiesta Condominiums was very difficult and honestly I wish I would have just spent the extra money and stayed somewhere nicer. Even through VRBO, I never received an email back, which is difficult since VRBO does not list the condo name until closer to check in. I had to contact them several times to pay. Something was broken when I arrived and I emailed immediately to avoid a charge. The lady at the front desk told me at check out that there was no email and I would be charged... had to pull it up on my phone and show where somebody had responded. In addition, I emailed regarding checkin letting the condo know who and when would be checking in and asking if I needed documentation (I was arriving later so another guest was checking in). They said no problem but when my friend arrived, they said she could not check in. Just overall, it wasn't worth the money for the hassle. And on top of it all, I got a random charge on my credit card today with no explanation... I won't be surprised if it is for the broken microwave that I reported twice.

We were very happy with our stay here. Plenty of beach / pool towels and bath towels. Right across the street from the beach entrance. Very clean. Beach chairs were nice but starting to show wear. We needed 4 only had 2. Just as the pictures show. We Would stay here again.

A little outdated but great location, clean nice pool, everything as pictures show. Can not get any closer to siesta beach a short walk right across road. Would say here if ever going to Sarasota area.

Nice unit, fabulous location

This unit lived bigger than it looks. My wife and I could have shared it with another couple comfortably. The property management company's service was excellent. They responded to an inquiry we made about WIFI on a Sunday morning within 5 minutes. We were also pleased with the quality of the beach chairs and umbrella. We loved being so close to the beach. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

The location of this condo is the best. First floor and right across from public beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location ans great parking. Close to everything. The condo was clean but WiFi was hard to access. The WiFi for the whole place is very slow and weak. Would have been nice to have info for the WiFi for the unit as my daughter needed stronger WiFi for her school. Nice condo though
