Spacious 3 bedroom CBD apartment, cater for 8 people comfortably and up to 12 guests.
Bedroom configuration:
Master bedroom with ensuite: double size bed
Bedroom 2: double size bed plus single bed
Bedroom 3: double size bed plus single bed
* 1 single folding bed available to be put into any bedroom upon request for additional guests.
Sofa beds in the living room can be converted into double bed which can sleep up to 2people.

- Full eat in kitchen with everything you will need for a meal preparation including microwave, toaster, kettle, pot & pan, dishes and cutlery, coffee & tea.

CHECK IN time is flexible depend on whether I have guests to check out on the same day. Guests can drop off luggage after 11am(pls advise in advance), and keys can be also handed out for guests to come back check in anytime after 3pm or as soon as room is ready.
LATE CHECK IN - I will leave the key in the key lock box for you to collect, and provide you with the passcode to open the lockbox.
CHECK OUT is 10am and self service, guests pls leave the keys on the kitchen bench, lock and close the door behind, and please send me a text message when you leave.
