This 2 bedroom unit delivers some of the most outstanding expansive ocean views that Caloundra has to offer. Located on the cliffs of Kings Beach, not only will you experience amazing crystal waters from your bedroom and lounge room but also enjoy VIP seating to one of the busiest and closest shipping channels on the South Coast.

If you're a surfer, you'll also have direct access to one of the best long board breaks in Caloundra.

The main Caloundra Cbd and Bulcock Beach Esplanade are both only a 5 minute walk away, and offer a huge variety of cafe's, restaurants, shops and more! The views and the location have the same guests returning time and time again!

The apartment is located in a well maintained building complex, boasting a beautiful pool, secure entry and garage parking, plus a grassed area where you can enjoy a picnic overlooking the water.

The two bedrooms comprise of robes and the master queen bed with a walk through robe and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom contains a set of single bunks and an extra single bed. The apartment also contains two separate bathrooms and a fully equipped laundry.

All new bookings made on or after 1 November 2023 will have all linen supplied but the beds will not be made.

Extremely Disappointed
It was really outdated, the kitchen was so old, musty. Usually when you stay anywhere you look forward to returning to your rental property to relax, not in this case, it was with a heavy heart. The whole apartment had an unpleasant smell. The TV was tied onto the cupboard with string! And the sliding door was hard to manoeuvre, the screen door was not even possible to close! I have a screen shot of the apartment which clearly advertised that the whole apartment had been renovated. The fact we paid just over $600 for 3 nights was absurd.

The view from the balcony was spectacular, the unit was in a great position, close to Happies and walking distance to town and Kings Beach. The unit it's self was in tired, sliding doors were hard to open, TV speaker was broken, and the whole place needed a good scrub.
