Excellent house with lots of comfort and space, in a gated community, in a quiet place for those who need to rest or socialize with family and friends. Close to the beach where you can observe the encounter of the sea with the river or enjoy small natural pools of warm water that form when the tide is low.
The house has barbecue, laundry area with washing machine, horizontal freezer, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, stove, TVs, air conditioning, fans, etc. Swimming pool, garage for approximately 10 cars, large space and very comfortable.
*** Energy consumption during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, being calculated from the time of arrival to departure. Paid cash at checkout. The value for each kWh is RS 0.90.
*** Towels and bed linen are available according to the need of the guest having a fee of RS 10.00 for each piece!
