Well appointed and good layout. Ideal for a family get together, close to beech and shops.Neighbours are friendly only willing to help if needed. we all had a very good time there

This home was very well appointed with everything we needed. An easy 10min walk to the front beach. We had two families and it was great that there was two separate living areas… two bedrooms also had ensuites and there was also a main bathroom and a further toilet for guests…. Got plenty of use of the pool table and spa. It has a very steep driveway so might not be best for the elderly, certain cars if low would have to park outside the property due to the steepness of the driveway.

The Bird House can be highly recommended: it is spacious, clean, well equipped and all appliances are working well. The pool is nice, with its solar heating being very effective. The house has two large living areas on different levels with huge smart TVs in each one. The hosts (management company) was very efficient and easy to communicate with at all times.

Great house with the dual living spaces which was perfect for our group. The newly renovated bathrooms were amazing, front deck with the pull out awning was a massive hit given the summer time. House tucked away only 5 mins from the main shops and 10 mins down to beautiful Sorrento which was a massive hit during our stay. Alex the owner would certainly of been the best from a communication perspective right from the moment of us making the booking, pre arrival, during our stay and post our stay. 10/10 from our end and loved it! We had a wonderful stay at the house. The location was great for walks along the beach as well as an easy walk to the shops. The house well exceeded our expectations and the kitchen was a dream.
