This condo is on the 5th floor (the highest in the building) and features 9-foot ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi bathtub, washer, dryer, 3 televisions, 2 DVD-BluRays, free WIFI and cable TV, and a fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and dishes. Walking distance to Seacrets, Fager''s Island, Macky''s, Johnny''s Pizza, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Dunkin'' Donuts, Fractured Prune, Subway, Denny''s, Dead Freddies Island Grill, Annabelle''s BBQ, Barrio Taco, Dry 85, Dumser''s Ice Cream, Candy Kitchen, Odyssea Jetski & Boat Rentals, Escapomania Escape room, Nick''s Mini Golf and more .
Outdoor swimming pool in season. Two parking spaces, security cameras in the parking garage. There's a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, 2 singles in the third bedroom, and a queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. This property rents Saturday - Saturday all season.
Linens not provided. However, an optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish

View of the bay

Really enjoyed the location--can walk to beach and many restaurants. Love the view of the bay every morning for coffee and sunset in the evening.

Great Location

Perfect centralized location. Beautiful view of the bay. Clean, simple, and organized. Parking under the building helped keep the cars cool as well.

Property was exactly as represented by vrbo. We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the birds and the activity on the bay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Also enough restaurants, shops, and activities to walk to without getting into car everyday!

Nice condo in a nice location.

Nice place and I love where it’s located. Not downtown where it’s congested, and not way uptown where it’s a long drive to the boardwalk. Only a few blocks from Fagers and Seacrets. Also, Alley-Oops is in your front yard, which is a great place for kids. Also, the bay views and short walk to the beach are both great amenities.

My favorite thing was the beautiful view from the patio of the birds and other wildlife right outside. I loved this place. We had trouble with the lock on the unit and central reservations were extremely helpful and responsive.

Excellent location

Property was dirty, our feet were black at the end of the first day. The exhaust fan did not work in the second bathroom, the wifi was almost non existant. Appliances all need to be replaced, very old and outdated.

Perfect retreat

Everything fit my/our expectations. The location was great - very quiet and peaceful but yet close enough to everything and close enough to the bus stop. The floors needed cleaned and I couldn't get the sliding door to lock right in the living room but everything else was great. I will definitely book this again in the future!

Great view

There were four of us staying there and we had plenty of room. The view from the balcony of the bay was wonderful - lots of birds to see do bring binoculars - and the sunsets were amazing.

Family Vacation

This condo is the perfect location. We have teenagers and they were able to walk to mini golf, bowling, ice cream, shopping and beach. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view is amazing and very peaceful.

Awesome beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected with only one exception. The mattresses could use replacing. Not very comfortable at all. Other than that, we truly had an amazing time. Unforgettable sunsets on the bay. Very special place on the beach and would definitely return.

Great place!!!

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views!! Comfortable beds, plenty of room for the whole family. We did have a small issue with the smoke detectors being super sensitive to the wind. If the door was opened and any wind blew in, they all went off... but I think they said they were going to have that looked at.
