Heart of Dillon, 2 BD/2 BA two story unit; steps from Lake Dillon, bike paths, Dillon Amphitheater, local restaurants and Marina. Mountain and lake views. One block from FREE Summit Stage bus stop, servicing A-basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper ski areas and towns of Frisco and Silverthorne. Open second level living, dining, kitchen great room with fireplace, deck and floor to ceiling glass with panoramic mountain views. Bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level. Parking both in front and back of unit (2 spaces total).

TVs in living room and master bedroom. Free cable and internet. Master bedroom is furnished with queen bed, private bath and deck. Second bedroom has captains bunk (full on bottom, twin on top) with full bathroom in hallway.

Dillon is a historic, town close to several Summit County ski areas (Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain & 45 min drive to Vail) for winter enjoyment. The summer offers boating, bicycling, fishing, hiking, farmers market and concerts at the Dillon amphitheater. There are several excellent restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. A walking/bicycling path along Dillon Reservoir is steps from the condo. We are ~2 miles from the Silverthorne rec center which has an Olympic size pool, kids water park, hot tubs and fitness equipment. The Silverthorne Outlet Mall is in the same vicinity.

We had a great stay. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a great location that makes it easy to get to, and easy to get to Keystone. The host was quick to respond to our only call, and straighten out the miss understanding immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic mountain getaway!

Great place for seeing shows at Dillon Amphitheater

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are on the entry level and the kitchen/living room is upstairs with a deck that provides a partial view of the reservoir. We enjoyed the short walks to restaurants and the amphitheater. The place was clean upon arrival and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

We rented Mary's condo for our weekend trip in Dillon to catch a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater and enjoy the mountains for a few days. Location was perfect being just a couple blocks from both the music venue and from the marina where we rented kayaks to get on the lake! Once you park the car, everything is so easily walkable. Would definitely rent this place again!
