Modern, updated condo aprx 100yds from the Park City Mt. - close to Deer Valley

This property will make you feel at home. Awesome location - close distance to Park City lifts and mountain activity.(approx. 100 yards) A beautiful view of PC Mountain from the living area and kitchen/dining table. Close to Deer Valley so you can jump on the bus or drive up to this beautiful resort. Main Street, Park City is less than 1 mile. Walk-able or take the bus which is steps from our condo. Mountain view two-bedroom condo with new stone countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, bathroom tile, sinks, and 6' soaker tub as well as 55" 4K TV. The external building is halfway through a $2.5 million dollar renovation with new decks, railing, elevator, driveway, siding and soon an updated pool area.
The unit was redone with everything new. FRESHLY PAINTED walls and cabinets. New window coverings. All new memory foam beds. New living room leather couches w memory foam sleeper - private, secure high-speed 5G internet - new quick start fireplace - additional kitchen utensils, pots & pans. Pool towels. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and AIR CONDITIONING

All memory foam. 1 King size bed - 1 new queen - 1 new twin plus 1 full size pull out in living room 55" smart tv in living room with Blue Ray & ready for Netflix, Hulu etc. - 32" in master with cable TV - 30" with DVD player & ready for Xbox or PlayStation in the second bedroom. Private Wi-fi as well as building connection with easy plug-in charging ports throughout the condo. The kitchen is all newer as well.

Heated therapy spa pool overlooking the mountains and shops and restaurants minutes from your door. Short walk to main street or catch the free bus directly in front of the building. Secure underground parking with elevator & luggage carts. Private, secure ski locker on the main floor.

CLEANING:
We use disinfectant products that have been pre-approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use against emerging viral pathogens. Disinfectants are applied during the cleaning of beds, baths, kitchen.

Please purchase travel insurance for your trip. We cannot control weather, air traffic or flight cancellations so its inexpensive peace of mind to have insurance.

LIFT TICKETS & SKI SCHOOL: Vail Properties requires reservation for lift tickets for all NON-EPIC PASS Holders. If you have an Epic Pass you and your friend that use a benefit ticket are OK. If not, make a reservation. This is the same with Ski School - (It sells out on busy days) as well as mountain parking. Please check Park City on line for updated information. Finally, if you book a stay please make sure your email is accurate as we will send final codes and information to you on that email.

Nice and well located for Park City Resort
We stayed for a week skiing in January and this 2 bed condo was great. While not slopeside it was an 8 minute walk in ski gear with young kids, or 1stop on the bus which came regularly enough. To eat out you’ll need to jump on a bus downtown or a 10min walk to the Fresh Market area. Condo has everything we needed including a tub to soak away the ski legs. Shame there wasn’t a golf course view for the price, so ok value for Park City in peak season.

We had a great stay at this fabulous condo. It was clean, updated and located in the middle of everything… ski slopes, shops and restaurants! The manager (Tony) was also very nice to work with (communicative, punctual and very friendly). Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent!!
We were very pleased with the quality of our accomodations for the week- from the close proximity to the buses and ski areas to the ease of ski storage for our gear. Everything we needed to help make navigating the area was provided by the host and the condo had what we needed to have a comfortable stay. Spacious and clean unit with a great view of PCM. We’ll definitely stay again when we come back for another visit!!

Park City Condo
This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again! The condo is spacious, clean and convenient to all. Walk to lifts, the market and town or take the free shuttle right outside your door!

Awesome Location!!!
We had a great stay in Park City. The condo was clean and as described in the listing. The location is perfect; close to the Park /city ski mountain and the Fresh Direct Market. We walked to the ski lift every morning and found a path to ski down to the back of the condo at the end of the day. It is also close to a stop on the free transit system, which was great for going into Main Street. It is also possible to walk to Main Street, which is about a 20-25 minute walk. The host was also very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. Don’t hesitate in booking this condo.
