A holiday in the 'Haus Annabelle' in the snowy Damüls leaves nothing to be desired. In our newly furnished apartment you can enjoy wonderful and unforgettable vacation days. The newly furnished, top modern apartment on the 3rd OG, is complete. equipped with 3 separate bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower / toilet, 1 separate toilet, fitted kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer (incl. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine) dining table with 7 seats, 1 sofa bed, children's toys, books for children and adults, various Games, 2 x cable TV, south-facing spacious balcony with panoramic view (in summer with balcony furniture), ski room at ground level, elevator, garage parking space .. The valley station UGA is approx. 350m, ski bus stops in front of the house. In the village center you will find shops, bank, groomed. Gastronomy, tourist office. Ideal for families with children, skiers, mountain bikers, hikers and those looking for relaxation.

At home Annabelle Top 12: Winter: Top lifts, state-of-the-art equipment for slope grooming and all crowned with the Voralberg slope quality seal. The Damüls ski school employs 70 professionals who not only specialize in the ski area, but also in all other snow sports equipment. The highest level of training and optimal organization of the ski school team guarantee the best learning success, lots of fun, variety, action and safety.

Nightlife & Apres Ski :: Voralberg's largest umbrella bar is located in the Damüls ski area. Mountain restaurants, ski huts, snack bars, kiosks, bars and pubs.

Summer :: Elaborated mountain bike tours, the largest Voralberg forest rope garden: In a grown forest, steel cables are stretched between trees at heights between 2 and 10 meters. Fantastic views and surprising challenges, another experience is the walk to the Seewaldsee. The beautiful surroundings invite you to enjoy all kinds of adventures.

A Short Jaunt in Damüls

The apartment was nice, clean, and has a nice view. Technically a ski-out from Damüls if you can find the path. Kitchen was well-equipped. A nice play to stay. Oh and the ski-room is great, actually has the little heated hangars for gloves and boots which was unexpected.

Beautiful views!

The glow from the church on the hill and the Christmas lights truly made the holiday magical for us! We appreciated that we could walk to the gondola and our non-skiing family members could easily take winter hikes from the apartment. The hosts were super responsive and check-in and out couldn’t be easier. We had 7 in our party and one kid slept on the sofa which worked just fine!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir genossen 4 Tage im Damülser Skigebiet und hatten die ideale Wohnung dafür: Nur 350 m vom Lift entfernt und die Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Die helle Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, um gemütliche Tage zu verbringen! Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.

Perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Skiurlaub

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist für einen Skiurlaub in Damüls sehr geeignet. Drei richtige Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Platz zum Essen und Sitzen im Wohnzimmer, Gesellschaftsspiele sind am großen Tisch problemlos möglich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher vor Ort. Zum Skilift kann man gut laufen. Dank der elektrischen Außenjalousien kann man die Schlafzimmer gut verdunkeln. Der große Südbalkon geht zwar zur Straße, das war für uns aber nicht störend; dafür lag er wirklich toll in der Sonne. Im Skiraum sind die Plätze zum Trocknen der Skischuhe gekennzeichnet - 6 Paar haben für die Wohnung dort Platz.Tolles und sehr praktisches PLUS ist der Stellplatz in der Garage, in die ohne Probleme ein Pkw mit montierter Dachbox passt.Für unseren Urlaub war die FeWo die perfekte Ausgangsbasis.

Wanderwoche in Damüls

Unsere Woche in Damüls war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist schön groß und hat ein tolles Panorama. Tagsüber ist die Straße mit Motorrädern beliebt, daher etwas laut, aber wir waren viel unterwegs. Das Sommerangebot der Gästekarte ist kaum zu toppen. Freie Fahrt mit allen umliegenden Bergbahnen, freier Eintritt in die Freibäder und freie Fahrt mit dem Landbus. Wir haben uns in Damüls sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anreise und der Check In waren problemlos, auch wenn die Gastgeberin selbst nicht vor Ort war. Fragen wurden immer schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist angenehm groß mit tollem Blick auf die Berge, überdurchschnittlich hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr praktisch gelegen. Der Uga Express ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage sehr günstig, der skibus hält direkt vor der Tür, zum Uga-Lift fährt man dann nur 2 Minuten. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf Oberdamüls. Insgesamt sehr ruhiges Haus!

Schöne, helle und geräumige Wohnung in Gehdistanz von Uga Lift

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche mit Skifahren in Damüls. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr komfortabel für unsere 5-köpfige Familie. Ins Skigebiet nahmen wir jeweils den Skibus. Zurück konnten wir jeweils mit den Skiern fast bis vor die Haustür fahren (allerdings nur für geübte Skifahrer. Keine Piste). Wifi war sehr gut. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin. Check in völlg einfach und stressfrei.

Wir hatten tolle Skiferien. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch gelegen dafür und der Garagenplatz ist ein wunderbares Detail an der tollen Wohnung! Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und die Vermieterin sehr nett! Sehr zu empfehlen!
