We had such a wonderful weekend stay! We booked last minute, so I was not sure what to expect. The property was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was well organized and fully stocked, which made us feel right at home. The pool table and other entertainment options were a huge hit with the kids! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back !!!

We've been vacationing in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area with our family for over 30 years and Time Well Spent was, by far, the best location, being situated only minutes from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kitchen was well stocked. The lower level game area had something for everyone. We enjoyed playing pool and air hockey. The beds were all very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own batch, which was very convenient . In addition, Angie, the host was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I felt the price was reasonable.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The house was clean and spacious. My kids LOVED the game room. The kitchen was large and very well stocked. The kitchen table sat 10 people and was comfortable. There were some minor inconveniences. The photos of the views outside did not match what we found. This was less than ideal as this was a 90th birthday for my grandmother and we had planned to do family portraits. None of the adults could fit in the movie theater seats. The biggest issue for my family was that while we could easily and very comfortably sleep 8 in the 4 bedrooms, there was only seating for 5 on the couches in the living room. Whoever wasn’t on the couch or recliners had to either sit on the floor or find somewhere else to be.

Our staying was amazing! The house was beutifully decorated for Christmas. The kids loved the theater room, air hockey, arcade games, and playing pool. The hot tub and fireplaces made for a cozy and relaxing vacation. Angie, the host, was just a text message away and incredibly kind and helpful! And you can not beat the location right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!
