The apartment is situated on the second floor of an old Parisian building, without an elevator, accessed via a winding, narrow staircase typical of historic buildings. For this reason, the space is ideally suited for one guest.

The apartment is set back from the street and overlooks the rear of the building, making it exceptionally quiet and protected from street noise, despite its central location.

This is an atypical large studio arranged as two distinct spaces:
• A very large living room with an open-plan kitchen, featuring a brand-new, very comfortable convertible sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a designer Formica table seating up to 4 guests.
• An adjacent small office / second room, decorated with a 100-year-old desk and chair, paired with modern lighting, creating a unique and inspiring workspace.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped, including a brand-new oven, and all essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment includes:
• A bathroom with bathtub and shower head
• Separate toilets
• Washer and dryer

The space offers a warm, bohemian atmosphere with generous volumes, ideal for travelers seeking charm, calm, and character in the heart of Paris.

Please note: the entire apartment is accessible except for one locked room, which contains private belongings.

Wonderful apartment close to everything!

Apartment is perfect for two people wanting the perfect starting point for exploration of Paris. Vincent made us feel right at home. Hosts are so kind and helpful. We will be staying here next time we come to Paris!!
