We loved our stay. We didn’t spend too much time there, as we were visiting family close by, but it was a great place to relax in the evening and get a good nights rest. We will book this place again

Clean and cute

The house looks just like the pictures, was easy to find and was clean and stocked with essentials. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy looking (I didn’t feel safe jogging alone.) …but it was quiet and peaceful. Owner was helpful and communicated quickly! Only recommendation for the owner would be to move one of the bedroom tv’s to the living room. We were there as a family and wanted to watch tv together in the evenings.

House was perfect with flaws

When we arrived the house looked just like the photos it was perfect! The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Our only concerns were the outside gate didn’t work, our second day we woke up to a few extra house guest (roaches) and the showers would clog five minutes into showering but other than those problems the house is a great vacation home would definitely rent again.

Cute, cozy, and convenient!

This South Central Houston home is exactly how described, yet surprisingly more cute in person! It was the perfect location/distance to the event we needed to attended, as we didn’t have to feel stressed about Houston traffic. Communication with the owners (before and during) was super helpful, timely, and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Florida Girls Take Texas

We took a much needed vacation to Texas and stayed in Kyle's home. It was absolutely amazing.....clean...comfy beds..perfect space for the four of us. We felt right at home. Kyle's place is a modern home in the middle of an older neighborhood. But the area is completely safe and quiet. It was a 15 to 20 minute uber ride from all our planned events. I will definitely stay here again. I would suggest a little touch up paint in the bedrooms and perhaps a fire pit in the backyard just too add a little more sparkle to this gem of a home. Kyle was a gracious and hospitable host. Thanks for everything :)

Great Find

This home is conveniently located near shopping, spas, and popular eateries. It's easily accessible and in a quiet area. It's close to the Galleria which was a huge plus. The traffic was minimal in this area during our weekend stay. The home was stocked with necessary toiletries and bath linens. The property appears as advertised and I was more than satisfied.

Why they chose this property

This home is in a mature neighborhood just east of Downtown Houston. Many real estate investors are drawn to this neighborhood because of it's historical value and it's location. You can find many renovated homes in the general area.

My husband and I bought this property (a 1930's home) knowing there was a lot of work to do. When we took the roof off, the 90 year old bricks came tumbling down. Because of this we had to flatten the home and build a brand new one.

The brand new home is the one you will be staying in. We hope you enjoy it!
